Let's see if I can help you out.
If you're referring to the Forum (The BBS), then non-supporters can post up to Two (2) Images in a post, while supporters can post up to Ten (10).
If you're referring to News Posts and Private Messages, I'm actually not certain if there's a Limit. However, what I can tell you is that there seems to be a size Limit pertaining specifically to Width for some reason (It cannot exceed a width of 764px). The Images can still be uploaded but will be resized to fit the Width restriction.
If you're referring to when you upload Art to your gallery, I'm not exactly sure, but if there is a Limit, it's pretty generous. After you select your Main Image for your upload, scroll down to where you would add the description (Labeled Commentary) and simply click and drag any additional images into it. However, these images cannot be enhanced when clicked on, and if memory serves correct, Additional Images are subject to the same Width restraint in the above explanation.
